Our blue label Somerset Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is produced from our un-peated tri-malt spirit and aged in various American oak casks including ex bourbon, ex rum and ex distilled mead for a minimum of 3 years before melding together for a final rest in a double vessel solera.
Spice, green apple, honey and hints of vanilla and fresh citrus meet the nose, followed by a smooth and approachable body with honey and mild spice dominating the palate before easing to a lingering malty finish.
